Beyond has spent the last two years developing a series of people-centric D&I frameworks. We call these The Belong Frameworks.
These frameworks are designed to ensure that we create a working environment that supports our employees’ diverse background and needs, which in turn allows them to make their best work for our clients.
We’ve been repeatedly asked how we developed these frameworks - by small and big players alike. So, we’ve decided to share these frameworks with the industry so that others can benefit from our experiences and learnings. Implementing these programmes isn’t an exact science - humans with diverse personalities are involved. As a result things happen along the way that you won’t necessarily expect. We’ve tested a number of approaches and learned a lot in the process. We’ve tried to capture these learnings to make these frameworks as useful as possible.
We don’t believe that these frameworks are perfect - or the finished article. There’s definitely more that can be done to improve the creative industry’s D&I performance. Think of the frameworks as being the beginning of a conversation.
